Good Bad Story Game

Objective

Students will focus on the plot of a story they create by making sure it an equal amount of good things and bad things in it.

Materials

• a spinner that looks like this:

• paper
• pencils

Method

This game can be played in pairs or groups.

• Students first agree on a title for their story.
• Then students take turn spinning the spinner and follow what the arrow points at.
  Good: Write a good thing.
  Bad: Write a bad thing.
  Lose a Turn: Student loses a turn.
  
• Students continue to play the game for a preset amount of time and conclude their story accordingly.
